Dear Jordan Pasture Residents,
Several of you may have recieved an email regarding the internet change from Quantum to Century Link. There is nothing you need to do at this time. Nothing will change for you as far as service or billing. If you experience issues with your service and need the number to contact Century Link, please send an email to the Board and we'll get that information to you. Jordanpasturehoa@gmail.com.
As another note, the fall invoices were sent on/around September 22. Historically we have provided a mailed copy to all residents but also an emailed copy to those that we have email addresses for. This resulted in many duplicate payments in the spring. To avoid confusion, we only sent invoices via one method or the other. If you received an emailed invoice and would like paper or vice versa, please send an email to the Board and we'll get it switched. Please also send an email if you didn't receive any invoice at all. We were recently made aware that some of the invoices are going to some people's spam folders but not others. Again, the email address is jordanpasturehoa@gmail.com.
As a final reminder, or for those new to JP, invoices are sent in the spring (usually around March) and in the fall (usually around September).
